Creamy Cardamom Oats with Almond Milk and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana, mashed or sliced
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until creamy, then remove from stovetop.
Top as desired.
