Warm Cardamom Oats with Banana and Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook for about 3-5 minutes then remove from the stove top.

  3. Serve along with fruits as desired.
