Ginger Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir as it thickens, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
Enjoy with additional fruit as desired, such as berry chia jam, banana, or peanut butter.
