Ginger Banana Oatmeal with Almond Milk Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (quick oats work or even pulsing these down can make them faster to cook)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced or mashed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir as it thickens for about 3 minutes.
Remove from stove and serve.
Enjoy with fruit as desired.
