Cinnamon Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
Preparation
For creamy oats, use instant oats or coarsely chop rolled oats in a food processor.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over low to medium heat.
Stir as the mixture thickens for about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with fruit, such as mashed or sliced banana.
