Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir as it thickens for about 3 minutes.
Remove from stove and serve.
Tips
Quick oats can be used or pulse rolled oats to make them cook faster.
Banana can be sliced or mashed before adding.
