Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir as it thickens for about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from stove and serve.

Tips

  1. Quick oats can be used or pulse rolled oats to make them cook faster.

  2. Banana can be sliced or mashed before adding.
