Banana Oats with Cinnamon and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 chopped date
- 1 sliced banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir until it thickens, about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Serve as desired.
