Banana Oats with Cinnamon and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 chopped date
  • 1 sliced banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir until it thickens, about 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

  3. Serve as desired.
