Cardamom Oats with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (can use more if desired)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Serve and top with berries and peanut butter.
