Cardamom Oats with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk (can use more if desired)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Serve and top with berries and peanut butter.
