Vegan Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for about 3 minutes to allow to thicken.

  3. Remove from heat and serve as desired.
