Ginger Spiced Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook and allow to thicken while stirring for about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with fruit such as mango, gooseberries, blueberries, matcha, and hemp hearts.
