Ginger Spiced Oatmeal with Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook and allow to thicken while stirring for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and serve with fruit such as mango, gooseberries, blueberries, matcha, and hemp hearts.
