Vanilla Oats with Banana and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thickened, then remove from heat.

  3. Serve with desired toppings such as peanut butter, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, Rainer cherries, and toasted coconut.

  4. To toast coconut, preheat oven to 350F and bake for about 3 minutes or until golden.
