Banana and Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced into coins
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine all into one small sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and serve
