Banana and Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 banana, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all into one small sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Allow to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and serve
