Ginger Spiced Oatmeal with Banana and Chia
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 sliced up banana (I used half to garnish and half to cook in the oats)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 5 minutes then remove from stove once thick and creamy.
Pour into serving bowl and top as desired.
