Easy Overnight Oats with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 mashed medjool date or 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together and allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour

  2. Give a good stir before serving

  3. Feel free to top with fruit of choice, such as peaches, blueberries, and cacao nibs with maple caramel almond butter
