Easy Overnight Oats with Fruit and Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 medjool date or 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour or overnight.

  3. Give a good stir before serving.

  4. Feel free to add a little extra liquid if desired.
