Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 mashed medjool date or 1 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together and allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Give a good stir before serving.
Feel free to top with fruit of choice, such as maple caramel almond butter, peaches, blueberries, and cacao nibs.
