Creamy Ginger Oats with Fresh Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy, then remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and top as desired.
Topping ideas
Use mango, pomegranate seeds, pepitas, hemp hearts, banana slices, and homemade almond or walnut butter for toppings.
