Banana Sweetened Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sliced up banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt to taste
Preparation
Add ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow to cook and thicken for about 5 minutes and remove from stove top
Prep toppings then serve oats with toppings of choice
Two bowls today, banana, blueberries and strawberries with a nice dollop of almond butter and maple syrup
