Banana Almond Butt Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 a banana sliced into coins
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • protein bars

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir and cook until thickened

  3. Once at the consistency you enjoy, pour into a bowl and top with fruit

  4. In my bowl I have blueberries, banana slices, golden berries, blackberries, matcha, hemp hearts and cacao nibs
