Banana Almond Butt Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 1/2 a banana sliced into coins
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- protein bars
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Stir and cook until thickened
Once at the consistency you enjoy, pour into a bowl and top with fruit
