Nutritious Vegan Zoats with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 small zucchini grated
- 1-2 tsp chia seeds or 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow oats to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5-8 minutes or until you achieve your desired thickness.
