Matcha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a sealable container

  2. Stir well and allow to sit in the fridge overnight

  3. Give a good stir and load up with fruit as desired before serving
