Matcha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2/3 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in a sealable container
Stir well and allow to sit in the fridge overnight
Give a good stir and load up with fruit as desired before serving
