​Mango Coconut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh mango, diced
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 a mashed banana

Preparation

  1. In a Tupperware container, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and coconut flakes

  2. Mix well to combine then add coconut milk beverage and mango and stir, seal and place in the fridge overnight

  3. When ready to serve, add in mashed banana and adjust seasonings to your preference

  4. Top with extra mango, blueberries and in my case I also added some cashew butter as well
