Date Sweetened Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 medjool date, pitted and diced
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Allow oats to cook while stirring for about 5 minutes
When done, pour into your bowl and enjoy topped with fruits and seeds
I went with kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, and pepitas
