Tea Soaked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tea bag
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a low simmer
Stir and lightly press down on the tea bag to help infuse flavor as it steeps
Cook oats while stirring for about 5 minutes or until thickened to preference then remove tea bag
Serve as desired
