Vanilla Oats with Chia Seeds and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook while stirring for about 5 minutes or until oats have thickened.

  3. Pour into bowl and top as desired.

Topping suggestions

  1. Use fresh strawberries, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, pepitas, and banana as toppings.
