Vanilla Oats with Chia Seeds and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook while stirring for about 5 minutes or until oats have thickened.
Pour into bowl and top as desired.
Topping suggestions
Use fresh strawberries, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, pepitas, and banana as toppings.
