Vanilla Raisin Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Combine everything together in a sauce pan
Bring to a simmer and allow to cook and thicken while stirring for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and serve with extra toppings
