Vanilla Raisin Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine everything together in a sauce pan

  2. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook and thicken while stirring for 5 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and serve with extra toppings
