Cardamom Oats with Fresh Berries and Nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 medjool date, diced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring mixture to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken while stirring for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite toppings.
