Cinnamon and Date Sweetened Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 medjool date
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes while stirring.

  3. Remove from heat then serve.
