Cinnamon and Date Sweetened Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 medjool date
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes while stirring.
Remove from heat then serve.
