Vanilla Oats with Raisins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir and allow to cook until thickened, about 5 minutes

  3. Serve and top as desired
