Pumpkin Spice Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine everything in a saucepan and bring to a simmer

  2. Allow to cook and thicken to a creamy consistency, about 5 minutes

  3. Remove from stove top and serve topped with any goodies you can think of
