Pumpkin Spice Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Apple chunks
Preparation
Bring almond milk and oats to a boil
Let boil for 2-3 minutes and then reduce to a simmer
Add in pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and pinch of salt
Top with apple chunks
