Pumpkin Spice Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Apple chunks

Preparation

  1. Bring almond milk and oats to a boil

  2. Let boil for 2-3 minutes and then reduce to a simmer

  3. Add in pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and pinch of salt

  4. Top with apple chunks
