Tahini Date Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted and diced

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir and allow ingredients to thicken and cook for 5 minutes

  3. Remove from stove and serve with extra fruit and date syrup
