Sautéed Peaches with Maple Syrup and Oats
Ingredients
- 2 peaches or nectarines
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 tablespoon ground flax
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
While oats are cooking, combine sliced peaches with maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg; toss to coat.
Add the coated peaches to a preheated sauté pan.
Cook both sides of the peaches evenly for 3-4 minutes or until they start to soften.
Serve the sautéed peaches immediately with the cooked oats.
