A Bowl of Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a sauce pan and stir to combine

  2. Allow to simmer and stir continuously until thickened as desired

  3. Serve and top with some fun things
