Maple Pear Oats Breakfast with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 1 pear
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.

  2. Stir as the oats cook, allowing them to thicken over a few minutes.

  3. Once at desired consistency, pour out to serve and top with fruit and any extra spreads such as mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and granola butter.
