Maple Pear Oats Breakfast with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 1 pear
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
Stir as the oats cook, allowing them to thicken over a few minutes.
Once at desired consistency, pour out to serve and top with fruit and any extra spreads such as mango, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and granola butter.
