Maca Oats with Sautéed Pears
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 mashed banana or 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Salt to taste
Pears
- Diced pears
- Cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan, stir to combine, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
Sauté the diced pears with cinnamon, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until softened.
Add the sautéed pears on top of the oats.
