Gooey Maca Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 mashed banana or replace with 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Salt to taste
- diced pears
- cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan, stir to combine, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
Sauté diced pears in cinnamon, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until softened.
Add the sautéed pears on top of the oats.
