Pumpkin Pie Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Microwave milk to warm, about one minute and 30 seconds or longer based on preference
In a bowl or jar, add oats, chia seeds, spice, and salt and mix together
Add in pumpkin purée, maple, and milk
Mix together, cover and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes while you prep your toppings
Mix again before serving
Mix ingredients together really well, cover and allow to sit for at least one hour or overnight in the fridge
Mix well before serving
