Tasty Pumpkin Oats Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 tsp brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer.

  2. Allow to cook and thicken as desired for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir well.

  4. Serve topped with nut butter and other toppings such as berries, pepitas, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
