Tasty Pumpkin Oats Breakfast Dish
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 tsp brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer.
Allow to cook and thicken as desired for about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir well.
Serve topped with nut butter and other toppings such as berries, pepitas, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
