Banana Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 ripe banana, diced or mashed
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Cook and stir until thickened to desired consistency

  3. I wanted my oats to be thick, so I cooked it to about 6-7 minutes on medium heat while stirring

  4. Just serve with extra banana and extra cinnamon on top
