Banana Bread Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 ripe banana, diced or mashed
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- salt to taste
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer
Cook and stir until thickened to desired consistency
I wanted my oats to be thick, so I cooked it to about 6-7 minutes on medium heat while stirring
Just serve with extra banana and extra cinnamon on top
