Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix together the oats, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.

  2. Add the pumpkin purée, yogurt, maple syrup, and almond milk.

  3. Stir until well combined.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  5. In the morning, add more almond milk to achieve desired texture.

  6. Top with toppings of choice, such as nut butter, banana, and granola.
