Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt. then add in 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (i used plain greek)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix until well combined and let sit in fridge for 4 hours or overnight

  2. In morning, add almond milk until desired texture

  3. Top with toppings of choice! i did nut butter, banana, and granola
