Nutritious and Delicious Strawberry Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 3 strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (I used coconut yogurt)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add oats, chia, cinnamon, strawberries, and milk to a saucepan.

  2. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook and thicken for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup, salt, and yogurt.

  4. Top the bowl with additional fresh strawberries, more yogurt, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
