Oats and apples

Ingredients

  • 1 cup jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a small pan and cook over a medium heat for about seven minutes till beautifully thick and creamy

  2. Apples

  3. Put everything into a small pan and cook together, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes

  4. You want the apple to soften but still hold their shape

  5. You could easily make the apples in advance and keep in the fridge
