Dreamy Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 30 grams of rolled oats
  • 30 grams of pulled oats
  • 20 grams of cashews
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup or to taste
  • pinch of salt
  • 100 grams of water

Preparation

  1. Blitz together in a food processor pulled oats, cashews, vanilla bean and water till it’s almost smooth but some texture still remains

  2. To the saucepan add rolled oats and your prepared mixture, gently bring to the simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, add a little bit of water if becoming too thick

  3. Remove from the heat and enjoy with your desired toppings
