Delicious Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix together 1.5 cups oats, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1 cup almond milk.

  3. Mix until well combined and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. In the morning, add almond milk until desired texture is achieved.

  5. Top with toppings of choice, such as almond butter, banana, and granola.
