Simple Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and stir well.
Let sit overnight.
