Simple Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and stir well.

  2. Let sit overnight.

  3. Enjoy warm in the morning for all the cozy fall feels.
