Simple Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, canned works great
- 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract
Preparation
