Simple Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, canned works great
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl and stir well

  2. Let sit overnight and enjoy warm in the morning for all the cozy fall feels
