Homemade Raisin and Spice Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • pumpkin pie spice (as much as you’d like)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix well until everything is fully combined.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.

  5. Let cool completely before packing into a container.
