PB and Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • raisins
  • some 70% dark chocolate pieces

Preparation

  1. Cook rolled oats with water or milk, adding peanut butter powder during cooking until soft

  2. Stir in maple syrup and chia seeds, then top with raspberries, blackberries, raisins, and dark chocolate pieces
