Vegan Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Oats base

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup oats, blended
  • 100ml plant milk
  • lemon juice and zest
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • vegan cream cheese + maple syrup
  • lemon cheesecake protein bar
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • blackberries
  • vanilla buckwheat granola

Preparation

  1. Mix all the oats base ingredients together in a container and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. In the morning, add the toppings as desired.

  3. Optionally, warm the lemon cheesecake protein bar in the microwave for a melty texture.
