Vegan Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Oats base
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/3 cup oats, blended
- 100ml plant milk
- lemon juice and zest
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- vegan cream cheese + maple syrup
- lemon cheesecake protein bar
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blackberries
- vanilla buckwheat granola
Preparation
Mix all the oats base ingredients together in a container and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning, add the toppings as desired.
Optionally, warm the lemon cheesecake protein bar in the microwave for a melty texture.
